Dr. Seelan named "Outstanding Student Organization Advisor" for 2011-12

At the UND Memorial Union Leadership Awards Ceremony held on April 26^th, 2011, Dr. Santhosh Seelan, Chair and  Professor, Department of Space Studies, was recognized as an "Outstanding Student Organization Advisor"

This award recognizes student organization advisors for their commitment and dedication to students and their campus involvement. Dr. Seelan was nominated by members from the International Organization (IO), for his commitment to advising and mentoring international students on campus and for guiding the IO members in organizing the “Feast of Nations” a popular cultural event on campus. 

This is the third time in four years Dr. Seelan has received this award.
